My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Married with Benefits by Ellie Palmer was an absolute delight and one of my favorite romantic comedies of the year. I could not put it down!

When two people enter a marriage of convenience arrangement for practical reasons, things quickly become complicated as real feelings start getting in the way. The chemistry, banter, and comedic timing were perfection.

And can we talk about the wedding scene? I was literally crying with laughter. Tears streaming down my face, laughing so hard I had to stop reading for a minute. It takes a lot for a book to make me laugh out loud, and this one absolutely delivered.

What I loved:
💍 Marriage of convenience
😂 Laugh out loud humor
❤️ Slow burn feelings
✨ Fantastic banter
☀️ Perfect summer read
🥰 Adorable romance

I loved Ellie Palmer's sense of humor so much that I immediately picked up her second book (Anywhere with You) to fill the void after finishing this one. Then I realized I had actually read and enjoyed her debut (Four Weekends and a Funeral) back in 2024!

If you're looking for a romance that will make you laugh, swoon, and leave you smiling long after the last page, add this one to your TBR.
